KingsIsle is seeking a passionate and thoughtful User Acquisition Associate to join our marketing team. Our game portfolio is growing and we need to expand our acquisition capabilities to include our existing PC MMO games and support new game projects on mobile platforms. We are a small team where everyone gets to take ownership of projects, bring new ideas to the table, and contribute across our full portfolio of games.
Established in 2005, KingsIsle is a proven MMO hit-maker, bringing our unique vision to mobile games. Our award-winning game Wizard101 is currently in its 11th year, and we recently released our latest mobile game "Animal Cove" for iOS and Android. Who you are
  • Experienced manager of performance-based user acquisition campaigns
  • Passionate about gaming and media
  • Able to blend creativity and metrics-driven approaches to optimize campaigns
  • Confident analyzing performance, and make project level decisions based on those insights
  • Growth oriented with experience scaling campaigns for new products and territories
  • Familiar with the App Store, Google Play, Steam, and other digital games marketplaces
  • Fluent in UA ads metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, ROAS/CPPC, ROI, LTV)
  • ROI-focused with a demonstrated ability to balance campaigns on multiple networks
  • Knowledgeable about 3rd party attribution tool-sets and their best practices
  • Great communicator both in person and in writing
  • Thoughtful time manager who completes tasks punctually with limited management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated to do your best work
  • A college graduate with a BS/BA
How you can contribute
  • Plan, execute, analyze, and scale performance-based user acquisition campaigns
  • Optimize creative, targeting, bids, and budgets daily to drive the highest ROI
  • Create well planned experiments against networks, formats, and creative executions
  • Dig deep and provide insightful analysis of UA spending and its results
  • Support store level optimization to maximize CVR across platforms
  • Independently manage a monthly budget for multiple channels and projects
  • Communicate clearly to management the plans, status, and challenges to meeting objectives
  • Work with senior management to drive the UA strategy
  • Share results and plan actions in conjunction with marketing and game development teams
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional marketing team
